The colliery was such a big part of everyone's life in Ryhope we will begin this page with some images of the Colliery to stir the memories.

And we hope to get some feedback from Former Ryhope miners who worked at the colliery to contact us with your stories or antidotes or just some good old "CANNY CRACK" so here goes.....
